How to fix no such interface supported

I am using WIN7, sp.1, 64bit, Internet Exployer, Can someone pls help me with "error" No Such Interface Supported....

when do you see this error. Please describe in more detail.

I get this error message on a lot of different sites. I cannot up-date a driver, I cannot download some pages. Just a lot of different stuff. Im frustrated!

I have and have used CCleaner for a numer of years. No luck.
I don`t have a install disc as my Dell came with WIN7. Thank you
