So Recently Bought Pre-Build Computer with Intel i9-9900KF, MSI RTX 2060 Super, 16 Gb ram and CPU WaterCooling, but recently notice that i have Air bubble in CPU cooling block, and at top of Cooling system in tube also has air pockets. Any tips where could be problem and how to fix it? Also Notice that i have some gray strains in CPU cooling..

Yikes.
I hope you are already versed/familiar in custom liquid cooling? Flushing, cleaning, refilling, leak testing, coolants and biocides, etc.
If not, you are in for some serious headaches later on...

As for how to deal with the air pockets: gently tilt the chassis around to try and 'guide' the air pockets into the reservoir.

I think you need to turn your pump speed up to maximum. It's probably set too low to properly bleed air from the loop. A bubble that size should not be able to form. It's probably impeding the flow of coolant pretty dramatically. If you can, without running the pump dry. I would lay the case on it's side. That should make bleeding that bubble a lot easier. Just make sure the pump doesn't run dry. It'll break up really quickly.
