How to fix packet loss in games plz help

i have packet loss in my game how to fix. I am playing on wireless with a good adapter card. Internet speed is 30 down 5 up. This started happening friday night i live in toronto

Start by connecting wired (yes it may be inconvenient, but it is the only way to eliminate WIFI). If you still have an issue, then you have to determine if it is your hardware. Setup a continuous ping to the router at the same time you have packet loss to the game. Are you having issues reaching the router?
