Question how to fix pc after ram replacement?

Few months ago I replaced my Ram because Previous one has issue and my pc did not boot up but after replacing it my pc become laggy and I am unable to play my games at high fps as previous.

Please help me and thank you in advance.

Can't help you much without knowing which parts your system consists of but of the top of my head there could be several things.
New RAM either not set properly or much lower speed
Windows not recognizing either speed or amount of RAM.
BIOS was reset to minimal performance.
RAM inserted in wrong slots.

my pc specs are:
Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-6402p CPU @ 2.80GHz
Ram:Corsair Vengeance LPX 8GB DDR4 2400MHz.
MotherBoard: Asrock B150M PRO4/Hyper.
GPU: Nvidia Zotac Geforce GTX 1050 Ti 4GB 128Bit GDDR5.
