Question How to fix PC not booting

I woke up this morning and went to turn my PC on as usual. Lights and Fans started as usual but nothing was being displayed on my monitor, nor were my peripherals receiving any power.
Here's what I have tried so far:

- Tried monitor with other computer and it worked fine
- Switched out the HDMI cables
- Reset CMOS
- Reseated + Rearranged RAM
- Removed GPU and tried to boot with integrated graphics

None of these solutions have worked implying that it is not a GPU nor a RAM failure.
My Gut instinct assumes that I may need to purchase a new motherboard but I want to be 100% sure because they aren't exactly cheap.
How can I fix this? and If it's unfixable, what component do I need to replace?

Could also be a faulty PSU.

So are you saying that I need to replace my Mobo, CPU, and PSU to be sure of a fix? Honestly this is sounding expensive
