How to fix Problem With Windows Installer appear

i got a problem about window installer appear when i started my laptop..
before this,its does not happen...i use window 7 home basic...
when i searched in internet,the problem related but its for window XP not window 7...
how can i fix this problem???

no....it seems like itunes made the problem...
y i cant uninstalled my itunes???
when i uninstalled it,it said it cant be resume because some program were installed...
what can i do???please help me....
