While running test on user benchmark its showing this message for RAM - "Performing below potential (3rd percentile) - ensure that a dual+ channel XMP BIOS profile is enabled."

Check your motherboard manual that you have the memory in the correct slots for dual channel.
Your RAM may be operating perfectly normally but it is being compared to much higher clocked RAM. So apples to oranges comparison.
