How to fix resolution stuck on 800x600

The title says what i need help with, but the thing is the day before the resolution was 1920x1080 but i left it alone for a day and when i came back i turned it on and it turned to 800x600

PLEASE HELP, I just got this computer and i wanna install some stuff

right click go to screen resolution and put the bar up? Lool. Or try reinstalling your graphics drivers if that didnt help.

Installed gpu drivers?
