How to fix runtime error

hy,
I use my PC to view CCTV Camera and I are having problems run time errors, and this problem occurs every day, the window that I use is window7. I hope if anyone who has experienced this problem and have the solution please share with me.

I assume you use some sort of PCI capture card for the cameras. If so, reload the drivers for this. The install may have become corrupt. If it is a Windows Visual Basic runtime error, a recent update may have messed it up also. Sometimes hardware does not like updated drivers and such. A driver reinstall with the original disc should cure both ills.

What's the exact message and when does it come up? You can check the event viewer in Windows to see what exactly is going on, it will show you any application errors and can help find the cause.
