Question How to fix screen tear on chrome?

While I was watching Twitch, I noticed my screen stuttering a bit. I found out that my hardware acceleration was on so i turned it off and that problem was fixed. But I ran into another issue where when I have Hardware Acceleration off the stream has these 3 horizontal blurry lines at the bottom and middle of the screen.
