hello. i have a low end pc i have a problem which i didn't had before. the problem is of stuttering in all games.i tried re-instatling the windows and updating drivers.but i dont want to upgrade so plz only fixes.!!!
hi well you can buy a FX 4300 that really cheap cpu around where i live i cost around 65 to 80 euro and mainboard like MSI 970A-G43 AM3+
cost like 61 euro and really cheap upgrade gets loads of more gaming power of course you need buy soms ddr3 but you can get set all under 200
euro in total
Which games have stutters?
Are you talking about new AAA games?
Your PC is extremely weak for today's new AAA games.
Your rig is also already quite old, if you did not have stutter before (on old games) and the PC started to make stutters without reasons and new-installing Windows does not help anymore, perhaps something (hardware) is broken in your PC.

hardware?i changed my cooler,my gpu,my hard disk what else would be the problem.i can play todays new games at high fps. but i didn't had that stutter problem before.plz help
By old machines, the mobo is perhaps no longer working properly.
The processor is perhaps broken.
etc. etc.
By old machines, those are normal. E2200 is..I dunno 9-10 years old?
If everything worked fine before and you already reinstalled windows, I would try earlier version of video card driver, next. Go as early as Version 347.88 - WHQL, Release Date Tue Mar 17, 2015. Or even from late 2014 just for testing purpose.
Ok, you can try DDU to clean your GPU driver and then like mentioned by xapoc, you can try older versions of driver.
Also download tools to monitor the temperature of your processor and GPU too, check if you have temperature issues.
BTW, The next time you have HW problems, just buy yourself a new rig.
Any single cents you spent fixing that rig is a waste of money.

Your cpu was made in 2007 http://ark.intel.com/products/33925/Intel-Pentium-Processor-E2200-1M-Cache-2_20-GHz-800-MHz-FSB you can always roll back drivers on your card and see if that works for your pc since you only have 4 gigs of ram that makes it work harder in newer games as well... I have a quad2 core 9300 in a old machine like yours ok that's 4 cores yours is 2 ok and it even stutters in games like BFH but older games before that work fine so games in the 2007 to 2011 time should work ok if your pc meets the min requirements... theres not much you can do for a older machine like that except get a newer one or build newer. Btw read up on msconfig then before you play a game turn off your anti virus and run msconfig and shut off services your not using it may help a tad good luck.
Also did you put too much thermal paste on your new cooler??? you need only a small pea size drop that's it too much will make the cpu run hot and over work,,,

and i have disabled all the unneccsary services and btw to which driver version should i roll back it to?but i didn't had these stuttering in the same games before.
70'C for GPU is ok
50-55'C on idle and 70-80'C on full load for processor is quite high. This could be the problem.
MY Q6600 @3GHz on idle was only around 35'C using CNPS9500LED in 22-24'C room temp.
