How to fix stuttering in games?

Hello, i am having some stuttering problems! When i play Rainbow Six Siege or Black Ops 4 .
It feels like the fps is dropping but its not. I play with average 200fps on both games!
My rig:
GPU: Nvidia Gtx 1080
CPU: i7 7700k
Motherboard: MSI Z270 SLI PLUS
RAM: Corsair Vengeance LPX DDR4 3000 C15 2x8GB
PSU: Seasonic 750W Platinum
HDD: Seagate Barracuda 1TB (2016)

You have a very good processor and gpu.
Normally I think of stuttering as a cpu problem.
If you have not overclocked your "K" try that.

The other option I can think of is HDD limitation.
Such things as texture loads will be much faster on a SSD.
Game checkpoints will be faster on a ssd as will be level loads.
A good SSD upgrade for your "C" drive would be top on my list.

Ok i will try to overclock my processor and let you know if that fixed the problem!
