Question how to fix the issue with ethernet cable not recognised?

May 6, 2020
the issue seems to be with the hardware components like the motherboard. the problem started when i changed win 10 to win 8.1 a few months ago. it started showing that the ethernet cable is not connected and used to shut down automatically after exactly 30mins. but anyhow if i kept restarting the pc for about an hour or 2 it somehow used to connect to the internet and work properly without shutting down. after maybe 2 weeks it started working completely fine without the need to restart at all. but now the problem seems to have returned.
because of that i decuded to change the os back to win 10 and even then the problem exists. i have no clue what is happening
