[SOLVED] How to fix this?

I am using TP-Link Archer T4E for my computer because I am unable to use the Ethernet cable.

The problem I am having is that my internet is way too slow. This happens only on PC, I am pretty sure it's the adapter because

I've tested internet connection on other devices and it's completely different.

I've reinstalled the drivers,

I've updated the drivers,

I've done the network reset,

I've used cmd and uses bunch of commands,

I've restarted my router many times. I have no idea how to fix this.

I don't know if this is the problem but I am receiving way to many bytes for doing literally nothing

My speed is meant to be 300 Mbps but it's way too low

Any way to fix this?

Scanned my computer many times no viruses and windows is up to date

You have a 72Mbit link rate. That is a 2.4Ghz connection. What router do you have?
That TP link card has the antennas directly connected to the card. Your case can block WIFI connectivity.

My router supports 2.4Ghz and 5Ghz. I've had the card for couple months now and had no issues so I don't think that the case is blocking the connection because I had it fine like 4 days ago

For some reason you aren't connecting to 5Ghz. Do you have unique SSIDs for 2.4 and 5Ghz?

No both of the SSID's are the same

To DEBUG your connectivity problems, I would rename the 5Ghz to something like your SSID with "_5" at the end. That way YOU can pick which of the two frequencies you connect to.
