Problem: Windows Update SP-1 K8936330; Update not listed in CURRENTLY INSTALLED Update SP-1 & SP-2 listed in UPDATE HISTORY not IN CURRENTLY INSTALLED. Majority of updates are Security updates, Hot fixes and Microsoft.Net Framework 3.5 SP-1
Am aware of Microsoft no longer supporting Vista after March 2017 however, I cannot merely "buy a new system" fixed income won't allow that; I'd appreciate a simplified* solution to this problem. *Am not a "techie" nor computer literate. Thank you in advance for any practical and sound info to resolve this issue.
ADDENDUM: Have done factory reset, wu10.diag.cab; clean boot.
