How to fix Watch Dogs Lag

I recently bought a new r7250 1gb ddr5 graphics card. When I played this game in my PC, it lags frequently. Sometimes it get stuck and after some seconds it runs normally. This occurs at regular intervals.

Then I installed Windows 8.1, then game was working with out any lag but have no sound.

Why this happens ?

I got it solved. Just download and install dx_Jun2010_redist from Microsoft official page and install it.

BOOM !!!!

Audio is BACK with Subtitles and no lag too.
