Hi PC Spirit Guides,

These are my current specs:

CPU - i5 4590 @3.30 Ghz
Mobo - MSI H81M-P33

These are my audio devices:

Generic Creative Speakers
Arctis 3 Bluetooth

My issue is that I am losing audio intermittently during PC use. Let me elaborate:

  1. Headset and speaker are working fine.
  2. Windows 7 64 bit is showing audio is working.
  3. Volume Icon shows audio is working.
But in the middle of using the PC either VLC loses audio or Youtube comes up with the error "Audio Renderer Issue, please restart PC". Now, funny thing is, the 3 conditions above are present, volume is cranked all the way up in Windows 7 64 bit. One workaround is I just re-adjust the volume until I hear the system sound that volume is full and then magically audio is restored.

Has anyone experienced this? I have my updated to the latest Realtek HD Audio Driver and also tried to rollback to its earlier versions but still experience it. Please note I also use SteelSeries Engine 3 for the Arctis 3 Bluetooth.
