How to fixed my laptop with white spot or brighter than the other?

This is my problem regarding to my laptop and can somebody give me some advice on how to fix this screen problem , i dont know why this happens to this screen?

Buy a new screen, I guess? The LCD is going out in that corner.

Nope, it's a common symptom of the screen going out.
