How to flash a bios? NvFlash problem

I contacted EVGA Customer Care to ask how to flash a rom on my VGA.
They gave to me new version of the rom for my VGA, and suggest to see here http://www.trickmasterpc.com/
But, when I disable GTX 980 from Device Manager, the screen goes black and never goes back. I have to operate in "blind" and try to restart Windows in Safe Mode.
But in Safe Mode NVFlash seems to give me an error. When I give it the command to flash, I have "unable to start service" or something similar.

Yes, I can. But for flash the bios the vga shouldn't be enabled.

but do you have integrated graphics?

as if you disable your only graphics card how would you expect to see anything?

Yep, there is the Intel HD 4000

The message is that, with a code. I found on Google that seems to be related to use NvFlash in safe mode.

then like mcnumpty23 said, connect your monitor to the HD4000 and flash your GTX in windows standard mode.

i have a gtx970 and had no issues doing mine

you have hd4000--but is it actually enabled in the bios?
