How to flash ami bios with usb

I was updating my bios when the laptop froze and I have sony vaio vgn-fw488j and I have a rom file and a usb and other files like these:

and I don't know what to do with these. Does any one know how to fix my corrupt bios and also its an AMI bios.

Does the laptop still power on/boot? If something goes wrong while flashing the BIOS there's a pretty good chance you bricked it and will have to send it in for repairs.

ir powers on and everything is getting power but the vaio splash screen isn't coming up and I have a corrupt bios.
