How to flash bios of asus p5kpl-am-epu

i flashed my a bios update that I downloaded from asus website. now when I tried to install win7 and xp it keeps on re-starting giving me error codes 0x00000050 . I can not install windows anymore can you please help me how to return back my previous bios. thanks

Try a different hard drive
