[SOLVED] how to flash Dual Bios?

Hello, i have a Sapphire Nitro+ RX 580 8gb Dual Bios, and it's modded i think, because when i check the original, it says Base Clock: 1257 MHz and Boost Clock: 1411 MHz. but my card is just only 1340 MHz. so i go to Sapphire website customer service and ask for the original bios, and then they gave me the original bios, but i don't know how to flash the dual bios, i search on Youtube for the tutorial on how to flash dual bios but i can't find any. anyone know how to flash dula bios? please send me the guide step by step.
