So I really feel like using my bluetooth keyboard now, but whenever my computer reaches 100% cpu usage, it just disconnects and reconnects and make it laggy. I'm on the hp stream 11 by the way, so yeah... intel celeron n2840 processor. Like that it will make the bluetooth experience better. Or maybe it won't because I didn't ''allocate'' the bluetooth service to the 1% or whatever. I don't even know anymore, is it possible to do it and will it work?

Hello... Yes... There are Windows Power settings (Max-Min) for the CPU and other things... And also settings for BT drivers... give it a try.

I''ve actually done it and it shows me ''100% cpu usage''. Does it mean that it uses 100% of the 99% or still 100% of the whole CPU bypassing the limit I put on it? And yes I''ve put the limit on when charging and when on battery. Because it's kind of misleading.

Hello... ?... can you Crash the Blue tooth?... I guess that's the end result we are testing....
Or can you look at Performance monitor of the CPU and run a test...

Can you run the PIE calc test and compare the complete times between settings?

It depends on if you can find some test software to verify MAX or change in Processing time? or read a NUmber?

Other methods might be to limit cores to a APP... or change their priorities... but this has to done each time at start.

Is it possible your Overheating the CPU?

It doesn't work. All it does is make the extra 1% left not be used at all. It's like if I took a hard drive and left part of it unpartitioned. It doesn't give me more space for what I want, it just leaves me with empty space that's not being used.
