how to format a micro sd card which is at logical but not primary

I set my micro sd card 8 GB into logical instead of primary while making partition with mini tool wizard by mistake and now I cannot format it and also cannot set into primary.

Using the same tool, unassign the drive letter on that drive, then delete the entire partition. Then create a new one, this time as a primary. That should do it 😉
