Recently my laptop HD died, since we are on quarantine here in Brazil I couldn't find another to buy in my city, a friend kindly offered a Kingston 120gb SSD 2,5 for me, I accepted but I'm having some troubles, first, it had a Windows 8, but the drive coudn't boot in UEFI, it just blew my mind since I know almost nothing about SSDs, it is displayed in the bios, but the computer says it just can't boot. It runs perfectly in Legacy.
I searched a little bit and found out something about MBR and GPT, I think that's my problem, but how can I convert my SSD with it being my only drive functioning in my only computer?
And I'm planning on creating an USB Windows Installer for W10, should I do something different since I'm using a SSD now?
Thanks for your time in advance, I'll list my notebook specs down here:

Edit: So my windows updated after the reset and now I'm running W10, but I think I'm still running on Legacy, which sounds weird, I'm really lost.
