How to format c drive with pen drive

You need to make your Pen drive a bootable with some utility programs to do things like format drives.

Hiren’s BootCD from USB Flash Drive has everything you'll need.

Hiren’s BootCD, USB Flash Drive edition will do the job right, as suggested by WR2 ^^^ above.

I've done that many times, just like that : )
