How to format the pen drive msg="windows cannot be formated this pen drive..."?

Hello,
windows cannot be formated this pen drive...transcend

First, check if there is a switch somewhere on the card/stick. If there is one, slide it to unlocked position.
Second, right-click on that drive's letter in my Computer>Properties>Security> edit Permissions> check Allow Write for your user.
