How to format vista to windows7 in compoq hp

help me guys how to format the hp compoq vista to windows7???i need to reboot and setup the settings give me some idea guys thanks

You'll need to buy a W7 CD. Then boot from the CD and choose to upgrade or do a custom install. If you do a custom install, it will wipe your data and everything out, so back everything up that you want.
