how to format micro sd memory card even,
windows says unable to complete format?

make sure the write protect or lock switch is set to OFF/Unlocked if you still cant format it then get a new one.

Make sure the sd spec that you get is compatible with your device. Ie- a computer with an old sd card reader might only handle SD cards and not SDHC or SDXC.

The other option is to get a new card reader which supports the newer technologies.
