I have a Galaxy Grand Prime sm-g530t with a Kingston 8GB microSD memory card. I would like to add more apps, but there is not a lot of room in phone's memory after T-Mobil put all their junk apps on it that cannot be deleted. How do I move or download apps to the SD memory card? I found in setting under applications, application manager that there is an option to move apps to the SD card but almost every application, IE. Steam, Hulu, Spotify etc. the button is inactive. Only a few apps allowed this. Is there another way to move apps to the SD card? Or alternatively is there a way to safely delete the junk apps from T-Mobil?

Trust me, it's a horrible idea to put anything on the micro sd card.

First off, you cannot move the apps to the micro-sd cards in most phone. Phones running stock android v6 or above have this option, but still a bad choice.

This is because it will only move the app and not the app data (i think). Also when the data is copied or moved to the micro sd card (using phone), the timestamps of the data are lost. This disorganizes the order or documents, pics, and everything creating a bigger problem.

Just get a phone with more internal storage. Faster and much more reliable.

If you want to free up space, connect your phone to your PC and then move all the personal files to the PC, or the micro sd card.

Remove all the unnecessary apps and clean the cache memory.

I don't think that samsung phone allows to remove the junk apps, but if you want, you can root your phone. It will let you do that.
