Can you please pass on your full systems specs? To add, are you trying to install Windows 10 onto your system or has it been installed?

Give this a try if you're saying the rest of your ram is hardware(and not harddrive) reserved:

^ Do note, this is assuming that you have a dedicated graphics card and you have a full 4GB of ram to allocate towards your system whereby no device is sharing that 4GB of resources.
