You can install Windows 8 fresh on your Solid State Drive but do you have a legit product key for the Windows 10 ? If no, then you can't.... Windows 10 is only free if you are upgrading from Windows 7 OR 8 (that's if they are genuine).....
With that been said, if you don't have a legit product key for windows 10, then you best option would be to install if you have the genuine Windows 7 on the SSD , then upgrade to Windows 10..
