[SOLVED] How to fresh install windows 10 on a new SSD ?

Does Samsung 860 evo also provides cables or I have to buy them separately ? does my motherboard have 2 sata cables H81-M VG4 3.0 , i dont have USB nor my windows 10 license as well.I probably wont use my old HDD,so how do i install windows 10

Can I simply add the new SSD then clone everything to a new SSD and then reinstall it from there ?
