How to get 200mm fan out of Antec 1200?

I am replacing a defective 200mm fan with the replacement Antec so kindly sent me, but I can't seem to figure out how to remove the old 200mm fan. Does anyone have any idea how to do that?

That's the top fan right?

Thanks, I appreiate it, but I have the 900 an the top is nothing like tha , it is recessed.
