Question How to get 9 pin usb 2.0 plug into mobo without a 9 pin receiver?

I would like to regain front panel usb 2.0 functionality after replacing motherboard inside a 12 yr old 4U server case (Sweetwater Creation Station 2nd gen i7 2700). The front panel usb 2.0 plug is 9 pin. New motherboard (Asus Prime Z790 P) has no 9 pin header. New motherboard has two 4 pin usb 2.0 headers along with expected varieties of 3 gen usb headers. I have 1 available pcie slot.
What workarounds are there? I sure appreciate your experience with this issue.

Asus Prime Z790 P has two USB 2.0 headers at the bottom of the board USB_E12, USB_E34. Those are 9pin headers.
What you refer to as USB 2.0 4pin headers - are in fact 4pin PWM fan headers.

According to specs it has
2 x USB 2.0 headers support 4 additional USB 2.0 ports
9th pin in the header has no connection.it's just a locator pin,

I completely screwed up this post. I'll remove it if I can . I should have double checked before posting. Quite humbling. It does have 9 pin -which I just connected.

The actual problem I have is having two 5 pin usb 2.0 plugs with one 9 pin header remaining. Not sure what to do here.
