You could sign up on EVGA's notification list(from their store) and hopefully be a proud owner of the card. What is the make and model of the PSU and it's age?

If you are willing to get a Zotac model they have been pretty consistent with drops. Usually 6-7pm and 9-10pm every day. Get yourself a page refresher for 10-12 seconds and just keep an eye out during those times.

Newegg tends to drop around 10-11pm
