How to get around a forgotten user name & password for a dell e6400

Hello,
I have forgotten user name & password on mt Dell E6400 and cannot get past the log on screen. I can not log on at all.

Tom's Hardware doesn't assist with bypassing passwords,because we can't prove ownership.Sorry.
