[SOLVED] How to get data of my corrupt SSD

My WD SSD Passport 1 TB is no longer accessible its not showing up, its no longer initialised when I try to it shows fatal error and its making a clicking noise on start up (weird as it is a SSD ) I have tried all kinds of scan tools and I have tried Kali but that just showed " /on " not supported error I have nearly 400 GB of data on it Please help

Are you SURE it is a solid state drive? Make/model, please.
By definition, they cannot make noises.

If you've tried all the standard consumer grade tools with no luck...your next step would be to send it off to a data recovery company.

And no matter the outcome for this drive, please take this as a wakeup to implement a comprehensive backup routine.
I had this same thing happen about a year ago. 960GB Sandisk...suddenly dead. No signs of life at all.
Put in a new drive, click click from my backup location.
All 605GB recovered, exactly as it was at 4AMA that morning when it ran its nightly Incremental backup.
