I recently got a new motherboard, Gigabyte b360 hd3, and now app center and information viewer won’t wirk anymore? I can open it but I can’t use anything.

Maybe the software bugs. May try uninstall all the gigabyte utilities software, clean the registry files with ccleaner. After that reinstall those utilities software again. Don't forget to update the intel chipset driver too.
