how to get high fps

Im playing lol and my fps is 10-20 and i want to get a high fps like 60+ what can i do to get high fps this is my PC SPECS

GeForce 7025 total available graphics card memory: 1919
AMD Athlon(tm) II X2 250 Processor 3.00GHz
64bit
220w PSU

60 will be iffy for you but dropping to 720 or lower resolution and drop settings. Your cpu is pretty weak. I'm not sure it can do a lot more than you're getting now.

Change in-game settings.
Create a custom bot game then press Esc while in game, go to video settings and change resolution to 1280x720p or lower. Change every other option to 'Low' or the lowest one.

Everything's done hit apply and your fps should increase.

If that doesn't help, unfortunately you can't do much more :/

Lowering in game settings is your best and easiest call.

Aside from that, maaaaaybe a very low-profile GPU might do the trick, problem is your PSU which is fairly weak as well and may not hold up a GPU in it, which can damage other parts...

If you're realling willing a new GPU, Check for some GPUs with low power draw and maybe a PSU upgrade as well.
