How to get into safe startup

I'm getting the blue screen of death right now and I'm desprite to fix it , the only problem is most ways involve using safe mode. I have a gigabyte motherboard and am running on the latest version of windows 10 , please help me.

Could be either hardware or driver. What is your full system spec? include make and model of the psu

My system specs are the following :

I5 6600k
Evga 1070 ftw
Corsair vengeance lpx 16 gb ram 3000mhz
Evga 750 gq gold rates power supply
2 140mm be quiet pure wing 2
And these parts I litterly got today(which might be causing the problem)
Phanteks p400s tge and one of the fans it came with

try without the gpu and only use the igpu? memory running at XMP profile? OS install ok without error?

Well my computer has been running flawlessly until today when I got a new case with a new fan

missing standoff? since you changed case, recheck all the ram and gpu to make sure it didn't got loose.

Do as rgd1101 stated.
As to your question, of How to get into safe mode when you cannot load windows.
Cannot get to windows and need to place in safe mode (Win 10).
1) Use a bootable win 10 installation disk
2) On screen “install Now” click on “Repair your computer” – Lower left corner.
3) Select “Continue” then “advance options”
4) Under Advanced Options select “Command Prompt”
5) From Dos prompt Enter bcedit /set {default} safeboot minimal.
NOTE: { } are uppercase[ ] not ( ).

PS if you can not boot to bootable DVD disk, then problem is Hardware.

As far as I'm aware I do not have a windows 10 installation disk

Just Download an ISO for windows 10 and create a bootable windows installation disk. You are not doing an installation and you do not need to enter a Windows 10 Key.
