How to get JSRF to work on the Xbox 360 with the Sega GT 2002 combo disc?

Hi, I have the original xbox combo disc with Jet Set Radio Future and Sega GT 2002 on the same disc. Sega GT 2002 works fine but not Jet Set Radio Future. I already updated the default.xex for the xbox 360 and updated to the latest firmware. How to get JSRF to work on my xbox 360? My Xbox 360 is the fat one and it was manufactured in September 2007. It's the arcade but I have the 120 GB hard drive from an elite xbox 360 from someone I know. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Everything on the disc works except JSRF. I really don't know what to do with it. It should work as others have posted videos of JSRF working on the xbox 360 and it is not the standalone version but the combo disc with sega gt 2002. Thank you!

It may be the disc is bad, do you have proof it works on a regular xbox even?

The region should be NTSC-U, since if it's PAL, it won't work on my xbox 360 as mine is a North American one. It's not modded with RGH or JTAG so it's not region free. It's weird that sega gt 2002 works but not JSRF. It could be the disc is bad.

My Xbox 360 is a phat with hitachi dvd drive and it is manufactured in September 2007. It is modded with LT 3.0 and XK3Y. Does the drive mod affect the dvd drive from reading the Sega GT 2002/JSRF combo disc? Sega GT 2002 works but not JSRF, which is weird. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you!
