How to get kotor 2 to run on windows vista haome premium

Hello,how can i get my kotor 2 to work on my computer? My computer is windows vista home premium 32 bit,2gb ram, nvidia geforce 9400 gt 512mb,2.8ghz pentium4 procceccer. When I start it it says kotor 2 has stopped working band closes. HELP!!!!
