[SOLVED] how to get manage audio devices back on windows 10

so I updated to the new version of windows and I dont have manage audio devices which sucks and the search bar is also not as good as it used to be. is there any way to fix this?

What do you mean "I dont have manage audio devices". Is the Sound utility in the Control Panel missing or not working?

I checked and it was there but I used to be able to just search for it and now I cant but I just put a shortcut on my desktop thank you for helping
