How to get memory to run at 2666 on Asus Prime X370-A

I have a Asus - PRIME X370-A mobo, which is supposed to run memory at 2666. I have G.SKILL Ripjaws V Series 16GB which runs at 2666.

I can only get the memory to run at 2133. UEFI BIOS is set to auto. I tried to change it to 2666, but the mobo restarted in safe mode. Going back into UEFI BIOS it showed the setting at 2666, but on the right it stated the speed was 2133.

Any way to get this to run at the specs its supposed to?

You need to enable the XMP profile. That will set speed, timing and voltage correctly. Asus boards call this DOCP. Enable that setting.
