I got a brand new non-used desktop worth $550. It's not even a week old. I look up to see if I have the right specs for a game. All is fine but I need 512 MB of dedicated RAM, I only got 32 MB.

Here are my specs if it helps:

CPU : Intel(R) Core(TM) i3 4330 CPU @3.50GHz
RAM : 8.1 GB
Operating System : Windows 8 (build 9200), 64-bit
Video Card : Intel(R) HD Graphics 4600

Another Downside of Integrated Graphics, Shared memory resources. Usually, how much memory can be allocated to the iGPU is dependent on the MB Bios. If thats all its going to let you do, then thats it.

You can still play games, But you'll experience FPS Stutters due to your iGPU having to switch out data from the RAM and HDD.

After an hour or so searching through BIOS and all that, I managed to increase it from 32 MB to 256 MB. It will only go that far, it only provides these options: 32 MB, 64 MB, 128 MB, and 256 MB.
