How to get oblivion on pc when their is a error report

im having a error report on oblivion every tiime I open it. A Error Message comes up, and even when I follow him. How can I just get started playing when all I want already is to know how to play already

Have you tried reinstalling the game?
If you've added mods, those can break the game. Especially the kind that doesn't come with esp files.
Uncheck all mods from the data files menu except for the mandatory ones. And if that still fails, reinstall the game in a different folder.
