how to get out from safe mood without entering the password ?

i have hp envy 17 inch
i normally log in with my fingerprint but i accidentally opened the laptop in safe mode and i cant remember the password and the fingerprint not working i guess because of the safe mode
any help plzz

You need to ask the seller for help. We don't help with passwords here.

Well if it won't work normally, I have to advise the same as i7Baby..

Boot your computer normally and log on with your fingerprint. After logging in, open a Command Prompt as administrator and use the "net user administrator" command to reset the password. Once it's done, start your computer in Safe Mode and you should be able to login. If this doesn't work, the last resort is to take use of PCUnlocker boot CD.
