how to get out of Aptio Setup Utility

i have a Toshiba windows 8 , it use to work very promptly but now when I start my laptop
it gives Aptio setup Utility, how do I get out.

It took a while to understand just what the hell "aptio setup utility" was. It's just a bios, press the key that does "Save & Exit" (usually F10), and it should work. Just don't press your keyboard during startup and it shouldn't happen.
