[SOLVED] How to get out of asus uefi bios utility advanced mode

Lately i have a problem where i cant launch my windows properly because i m stuck at asus uefi bios utility advanced mode version 2.10.1208 so if you can give me a reply how to fix it i will be thankful

Once you make your change or no change at all ckick exit
Then save exit.
I found out early on on my asus rog strix x470 f gaming that the red arrow wouldn't back me out but esc would.
